EULA - End User License Agreement

Music MasterWorks License Agreement
1. COPYRIGHT. This software is owned by Joseph Heimiller

and is protected by United States copyright laws and

international treaty provisions.
2. DISTRIBUTION. You are free to distribute the locked version of

Music MasterWorks.

The locked version will time out and then limit functionality

until an unlock code has been entered.

You are prohibited from distributing the unlocked version of

Music MasterWorks.

You are also specifically prohibited from altering any part of

the programs (including documentation) of Music MasterWorks

and/or redistributing any part of Music MasterWorks in an

altered form.

You are prohibited from extending Music MasterWork's 35 day

evaluation period and/or helping others extend their 35 day

evaluation period.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble

Music MasterWorks.
3. LIABILITY. Users of Music MasterWorks must accept

this disclaimer of warranty:
The author disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied,

including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability

and of fitness for any purpose. In no event shall the author be

liable for any damages whatsoever (including loss of data and

direct, consequential or incidental damages) which may result

from the use of Music MasterWorks.
